Network Support

Custom Built PC provides a full range of network systems. This includes software and hardware for a complete solution.

We can provide Microsoft based servers running the latest operating systems and software. We can also provide Linux based systems which are bespoke to your requirements.

The network infrastructure which connects the system all together can also be deployed, without this stable backbone the system might not operate as intended.

If there is a failure then it is critical that the system is restored quickly, this would be covered by our 3 hour callout as it is a Major problem affecting numerous staff.

If you have a support contract with us then the network is automatically covered.

Site Visits

Custom Built PC can carry out site visits for a number of reason’s these can be routine maintenance as part of a service contract, ad-hoc support, consultancy for future installations/upgrades or general meetings to discuss requirements.
